Providing Clarity to the Cloud

HBCUforce is a nonprofit organization that partners with Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to implement programs that provide early access to cloud computing careers.


Our Founder

Tiffany Spencer, is a graduate of Bethune-Cookman University, a native of Cincinnati Ohio, a Salesforce MVP, and 7x certified Salesforce professional, with over 12 years of experience leading digital transformations for small to large corporations utilizing the Salesforce platform.  She is currently a Partner and COO of Esor Consulting Group, a Salesforce Implementation Partner with a focus on the nonprofit, education, and small business industry. She is also currently the President of Black Orlando Tech, a nonprofit organization working to increase the awareness, activities, network, and resources for local minorities who pursue careers in technology by over 10,000 people by the year 2025. 


She’s also co-leader of the Orlando Salesforce Community Group where she organizes monthly events for the local Trailblazer community and a Salesforce Educator who is passionate about assisting individuals with obtaining their Salesforce Certification. 


Tiffany is very active in the community and uses her expertise to support nonprofits and mentor African American high school through college-aged students.
